Dr. Preetam Ghogale is a pharmaceutical product development professional based in Melbourne, Australia, with over 27 years of experience in research, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs. He currently serves as Product Development Manager at Dimerix Limited, leading end-to-end drug development programs. As President of Garje Marathi Australia Inc. (GMAI), he is committed to connecting and empowering the Marathi community through professional networking, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and community initiatives. His vision is to build a strong, inclusive, and globally connected Marathi community that promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cultural values.
Preshit Fadnis is a Melbourne-based HVAC Solutions Consultant at Panasonic Australia with over 30 years of experience across the building and energy sectors in India and Australia. His expertise spans energy efficiency, sustainability, indoor air quality, and control solutions, and he actively represents Panasonic in industry forums and government consultations. Over his career, he has contributed to numerous commercial projects and held key roles in organizations such as Daikin Australia and Saint-Gobain India. Alongside his professional work, he is engaged in community initiatives and currently serves as Secretary of Garje Marathi Australia Inc. (GMAI).

As the founder of Cynera, an AI-focused digital agency, he helps businesses and communities leverage AI, automation, and innovative digital solutions to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Dr. Vijay Joshi is an internationally renowned civil engineer and infrastructure consultant with over 30 years of experience. He is a recipient of the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for his pioneering work in sustainable road construction using steel industry waste. Having worked across Australia, Japan, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, and India, he has advised governments and major organizations on infrastructure development. Dr. Joshi continues to contribute to engineering innovation, sustainable practices, and community development worldwide.
Vaibhav Limaye is associated with various social organisations in Australia as well as in India. He was a public officer of Akashwani Sydney and Treasurer of Marathi Association Sydney Inc (MASI). By profession he is a Chartered Accountant from India and CPA from Australia and Colorado State, USA. He is also a Registered Tax Agent in Australia. He is associated with Tourism and Hospitality sector and started a small venture in India and Australia to help revive the sector during Covid time. Vaibhav is strongly connected with his native place in Kokan region of the state of Maharashtra, India and developed great bonding with people and respect towards local traditions and customs. He has been working closely with various associations in the Konkan region for betterment of people and their lives.
